In a victory for the Trump administration, the U.S. Supreme Court revived part of the travel ban and will hear the case in October.
The ban seeks to suspend the U.S. refugee program for 120 days and block new visas for people from six majority-Muslim countries for 90 days. The court limited the ban (for now) to include "foreign nationals who lack any bona fide relationship" with a person or entity in the United States.
