UC Fee Hike Plans Draw Protests

University of California Regents are considering a plan which would raise fees in January 2010 and again in the fall of 2010, on top of an earlier fee hike this fall. The prospect of a 44% rise in undergraduate fees over two years drew impassioned protestors to San Francisco yesterday.
