Recipe: SRO Flip cocktail
Makes one cocktail

Ingredients:
- 2 ounce white rum
- ½ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ ounce St Elizabeth Allspice Dram (also known as Pimento Dram) liquor
- ¾ ounce freshly brewed African nectar tea
- 1 whole egg
- 1 leaf of white sage

Instructions:
- Combine the rum, lemon juice, Allspice Dram, tea and whole egg with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into another cocktail shaker without any ice and shake.
- Set the sage leaf on a fireproof surface and light with a match or torch. Invert a glass over the sage to catch all of the essential oils from the smoke.
- Strain the Flip into the smoke filled glass. Serve immediately.
