On today’s Taste This, we visit Guadalupe Guerrero at La Cocina, a non-profit incubator that has taught and guided many low-income entrepreneurs like Guadalupe in the Bay Area, one of the most challenging culinary landscapes in the country. The chef/owner of El Pipila built her catering business with their help and is now getting ready to open a brick and mortar restaurant. Join Guadalupe and her daughter Brenda as they share their story, along with family dishes from Guadalupe’s hometown, Guanajuato, in Mexico.

El Pipila's brick and mortar is scheduled to open later this fall. For now, check here for where to find them.
