NPR Music Presents: Tiny Desk Contest On the Road 2026 - SOLD OUT!
NPR Music’s Tiny Desk Contest is heading back on the road!
Join us this summer in San Francisco at the historic Bimbo’s 365 Club, as Tiny Desk travels cities across the country for a one-of-a-kind concert. Each stop will feature a different surprise Tiny Desk alum headliner, plus the 2026 Contest winner — to be announced on May 12 — along an up-and-coming artist from each region.
Opening artists will be announced soon.
Schedule:
- TBD – Doors open
- 6-8pm (approx.) – Opening act, followed by headliner performances
Every attendee must be 21 years of age or older with a valid ID. (Sorry no babes in arms!)
A limited number of presale tickets for NPR’s Tiny Desk Contest On the Road will be available to Capital One Cardholders and to KQED Members from 12 p.m. local time Wednesday, April 8 through 10a.m. local time Friday, April 10.
- You must use an eligible Capital One Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card to purchase presale tickets during the Capital One Cardholder Presale window. Excludes Capital One issued private label cards.
- The promo code for the Capital One Cardholder Presale is the first 6 digits of your Capital One Card. If you are unable to secure tickets at the time of presale, tickets will go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. local time on Friday, April 10. Terms apply. See product terms for details.
- The promo code for KQED Members will be shared by email the morning of April 8. If you do not receive the email, you can contact KQED Member Services at 415-553-2150 for the code.
