A crowd cheers during the San Francisco 49ers vs. the Kansas City Chiefs NFL Super Bowl LVIII game inside Connecticut Yankee in San Francisco, California, on Sunday, Feb. 11, 2024. As Santa Clara hosts Super Bowl LX, the Bay Area will be streaming the big game in bars, restaurants and clubs across the region. (Florence Middleton for KQED)
The Bay Area is just days away from hosting Super Bowl LX between the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots.
But unless you’re attempting to snag those last-minute tickets at the box office on Super Bowl Sunday, you’re more likely to be wondering, “Where can I watch or stream the Super Bowl?”
Keep reading for how you can tune into Sunday’s game, where you can watch it live and when to see Bad Bunny’s halftime performance.

Where to watch the 2026 Super Bowl on streaming
The Super Bowl LX Seahawks vs. Patriots Super Bowl kickoff is at 3:30 p.m on Sunday, Feb. 8, and will be broadcast by NBC. (For those also interested in the Winter Olympics, NBC plans to resume its coverage after the football game.)
If you don’t have cable, you can stream the Super Bowl on the following online services — and be sure to check if you can get a free trial version, if you’re not subscribed already:

And don’t forget: before the Super Bowl, the Puppy Bowl will be broadcast on Animal Planet or Discovery+. After all, the best game in the world is between Team Fluff and Team Ruff.
(One of the players is a Siberian Husky and Chihuahua mix from New York and Puerto Rico named Benito, named in honor of Super Bowl halftime performer Bad Bunny, who apparently “brings that same confident swagger to the field.”)
Super Bowl LX watch parties around the Bay Area
Here are just a few of the venues streaming the big game in the region. (Your local sports bars will likely be showing the Super Bowl as well, so be sure to check their social media or give them a call.)
Tickets tend to be snapped up quickly, so be sure to grab your reservations soon.
Kickoff is at 3:30 p.m. PST, and Bad Bunny is expected to take the stage after the game’s second quarter, which can vary in length depending on the game.

And just before the kickoff, the East Bay’s own Green Day will be the Super Bowl opening act at 3 p.m.
During the game’s opening ceremony, Charlie Puth will be singing the national anthem, Brandi Carlile will sing “America the Beautiful” and Coco Jones will perform “Lift Every Voice and Sing.”
What are the anticipated Super Bowl commercials this year?
(Sunday Super Bowl is also a key time for trailers of anticipated releases this year. This reporter is guessing Christoper Nolan’s The Odyssey will make an appearance.)
The Founder, King and elected Mayor of Flavortown — and Sonoma County resident — will star in this Super Bowl ad for appliance company Bosch, with a norm-core spin on his usual signature highlights and kitschy shirts.
This one is hard to watch.
Your kids are going to go nuts over this commercial from Liquid IV (if they recognize EJAE’s voice from the wildly popular Netflix film K-Pop Demon Hunters).
And targeted directly toward our PBS hearts — Lady Gaga singing Mr. Roger’s “Won’t You Be My Neighbor” for mortgage company Rocket and Redfin.
