Worst of the Storm Has Passed, But Russian River Continues to Rise
Daylight Wednesday showed much of Guerneville swamped by the Russian River, swollen by a storm that dumped more than 21 inches of rain in western Sonoma County. Heavy rainfall brought the river to flood stage last night.
