California is pretty focused on its green agenda, which is now more ambitious than ever with a goal to be carbon neutral by 2045. Environmentalists say meeting that goal means natural gas, once considered a clean alternative to coal, has to go. Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti announced plans Tuesday to replace three aging gas power plants with clean energy.
