With Help From Bannon, California GOP Hopes to Stoke Voter Anger

The Republican Party is practically on the endangered species list in California.  It hasn’t won a statewide election in more than a decade, it’s virtually powerless in Sacramento and, to make matters worse, its share of registered voters is shrinking.  Starting Friday night the party is holding a statewide convention in Anaheim.
