The Republican Party in California hasn't won a statewide election since 2006. With the presidential primary just over two weeks away, some Republicans say having Donald Trump at the top of the ballot is affecting the GOP's efforts to broaden its appeal in California. KQED Senior Politics and Government Editor Scott Shafer reports.
