Marie K. Lee

Marie K. Lee is a product manager at KQED. Lee produces sites for The Making Of..., Sound Tracks, Film School Shorts, Truly CA, ImageMakers, and Spark. For her work on the Spark site, she garnered a 2003 Northern California Area EMMY Award for Interactivity. Together with Mark Taylor, Lee created the video podcast Gallery Crawl, which she co-produced from 2005-07. She was also on the reading panel of the audio podcast The Writers' Block. She earned a B.A. in visual arts at Bowdoin College. Being a farm gal from Maine, she's obsessed with crafting and will not give-up wearing her threadbare flannel shirts. Her other passions include eating, sleeping, dancing, traveling, watching films, playing Scrabble, and checking out art galleries.
