Amanda Micheli's first film, Just for the Ride, won a student Student Academy Award and IDA Award. Double Dare premiered at Toronto and was an audience favorite at festivals worldwide. After premiering at Sundance, La Corona received an Oscar nomination and aired on HBO. She has directed for ESPN and HBO. Her other credits include Thin, Cat Dancers, 30 Days, and My Flesh and Blood.
