Beth Huizenga

Beth has been a radio announcer operator at KQED since 2000. She was a DJ (as "Beth Holland") on KFOG for over five years in the late 90s, after living and broadcasting in Bangkok from '90-'93. She enjoys writing and sharing with her Bay-Area-and-Beyond community, and began performing original solo pieces this past summer at small theaters in the Mission District of SF, including a sold-out show at Stage Werx in August. Beth enjoys teaching yoga to 100+ students weekly near her home in northern Marin and leads workshops in partner yoga, yoga & writing, and Thai massage at retreats in northern California.
