California's new health exchange, Covered California, says it makes sense to go where the people are to sign them up for coverage under the federal health care overhaul. As a major retailer, Wal-Mart stores seems to make sense. But union leaders protest the choice of Wal-Mart, contending that the corporation does not provide adequate health insurance for its own employees.
