After my coach left my soccer team, I went to a new team. My new team is called the Rebel Rams. I like playing soccer.
After a few games, my coach gave me a new position, left middle. The same day I scored my first goal! I felt happy that I scored! After the game my team went to eat burritos at a Mexican restaurant. My new friends treated me well. Then we went to our next soccer game, which was part of a tournament! We won the game and came in second place in the tournament! Our coach said he was proud of us because we didn't lose a game and the other team did.
At first I thought nobody was going to like me because I didn't know anyone. After a few games and practices, I started to get the hang of it again. The kids started to talk to me and I had new friends. In the league we were in third place. If we wanted to come in second we needed to win the last game. The coach wasn't even worried. He was calm and told us to have fun. Then we won.
It was a little hard to move teams because all my good friends were on the team. I hoped that two of my teammates came with me. My new team is important because they support me to be a better player. When we won, we wet the coach with all the water we had. After that, the coach asked us and our parents if we wanted to go to First Class C. First Class C is the lowest level in Class One. Everybody said, "Yes!"
My dad said that getting in second was a good start. The good part was that everybody was so happy. The bad part is that we didn't get a trophy. Now that we're going to first class, I have to do better.
