Midnight was the deadline for the secretary of state to certify measures for the November ballot, and 10 have made the cut. They range from redistricting to a bid to suspend the state's effort to control greenhouse gases, to the one that's most likely to drive turnout up: legalizing non-medicinal marijuana.
