Childcare Centers Face Budget Cuts
A budget for the state of California is now a month late. While lawmakers in Sacramento debate the budget, mulling which programs to cut or preserve, the impasse is taking its toll on the ground. Some childcare and preschool programs funded by the state say they have no choice but to close their doors. We visit one such program in Oakland.
