A group of musicians is hoping to shatter a Guinness Book of World Records mark this weekend in San Francisco. Ukulele players from all over the world will strum their little Hawaiian instruments at the Castro Theatre -- and if more than 851 of them show up, they'll take the title away from current record holder, London.
