Execution in Limbo
California's first execution in nearly five years is now in limbo. Late Monday, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ordered a federal judge to reconsider his ruling, saying that Judge Jeremy Fogel erred in offering convicted murderer Albert Greenwood Brown a choice between two types of lethal injection.
