Students at Sacred Heart Prep, a Catholic school in Atherton, are learning to make extra virgin olive oil. Until last year, the olives growing on the school's property hadn't been harvested since the 1950s. Now students, parents and teachers are selling the olive oil they press and bottle to help raise money for school programs.
