More than a week after Japan's 9.0 earthquake and tsunami, workers are still desperately trying to get the crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant under control. Like any disaster, this one raises inevitable questions. Could it happen here, and are we prepared? Now those question are being directed at operators of California's two nuclear plants: San Onofre in San Clemente and Diablo Canyon in San Luis Obispo.
