Fresno Food: More Than Fruit and Nuts

The Central Valley is famous for its raisins, cows, oranges and almonds. It isn't typically known as a gourmet ghetto -- but if you look beyond the orchards and dairies, there's a cornucopia of artisan foods, fancy chocolates and even smoked jalapenos. We stopped by the recent Fresno Food Expo, and discovered a medley of distinctive tastes.
