Another legal twist involving California's ban on same-sex marriage is playing out in court this week. The latest skirmish was sparked by Vaughn Walker, the judge who struck down Prop. 8 last year. Walker wanted that trial to be broadcast live. The U.S. Supreme Court stepped in to block the broadcast, but Walker allowed cameras to record the proceedings and kept a copy for himself.
