Mexican Drug Kingpin in U.S. Court

The former kingpin of one of Mexico's most feared and powerful organized crime groups is in federal court this week in San Diego. Benjamin Arellano Felix and his family cartel transformed northern Baja California into a major drug trafficking corridor supplying the U.S. He's been incarcerated in Mexico since his arrest in 2002, but now he's behind bars in San Diego.
