There's a special election today in Southern California to replace Jane Harmon as representative for the 36th District in the U.S. House. GOP activist and marketing consultant Craig Huey has spent three quarters of a million dollars of his own money in a campaign to defeat Democrat and L.A. City Council member Janice Hahn.
