Seismic Researchers Study Building Performance
Today is the 106th anniversary of the Great Earthquake and Fire in San Francisco. There aren't many survivors left now, but there aren't many Californians unaware of the ever-present threat of a killer quake. Earlier this week in San Diego, University of California researchers got to launch an earthquake of their own on a five-story building.
