Lawsuit Alleges Inhumane Conditions at Pelican Bay Prison
A coalition of advocacy groups has filed a class-action lawsuit alleging cruel and inhumane conditions at Pelican Bay, California's highest-security prison. Inmates there are demanding immediate changes, including a transfer to a regular prison for those who've been held the longest.
