Disney California Adventure, the theme park across from Disneyland, has struggled since it opened in 2001. It's the other park - the park some visitors go to if they decide to spend a second day in Anaheim. So the company spent five years and more than $1 billion on a tune up that includes a new attraction based the ?Cars? movies from Pixar. Just in time for summer, the park re-opens today.
