A San Bernardino jury begins deliberations Tuesday in the penalty phase of the trial for the man convicted of setting the Old Fire of 2003. Thirty-year-old Rickie Lee Fowler was found guilty of multiple counts of murder; five men died while trying to escape the fast-moving wildfire.
