Church Installs San Francisco Archbishop
A controversial new leader will take his seat at the head of the San Francisco Roman Catholic archdiocese Thursday afternoon. The incoming archbishop will lead the Northern California region after several years in Southern California and Oakland. He could become a polarizing figure in the City by the Bay.

Prop. 39 Would Change the Way Companies Are Taxed
Proposition 39 supporters have a simple message. A "yes" vote raises more than a billion dollars in new tax money from out of state companies, and half of that will help create green jobs over the next five years. But not everyone thinks that's such a great idea.
