The election is just over a month away now, and California has nearly a dozen Congressional seats where the outcome is truly up in the air. One is in the new 24th Congressional district, which includes all of San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties and a little bit of northern Ventura County. Host Scott Shafer visited the area to see what voters think about the race and the role of government for our series "What's Government For?"
