Next week, Governor Jerry Brown is expected to propose a dramatic overhaul in the way California spends money on education. A similar proposal fell flat last year -- but education officials with the Brown administration have been tweaking it, and the plan may have more political support this time around. Anthony York of the Los Angeles Times got a sneak peek, and joins us to talk about the details.
