Immigration was a big issue this week in Washington, with Congress entering the early stages of figuring out what to do about the 11 million people in the U.S. without documents. About 10 percent of those people arrived as children. Now, some of their stories are being portrayed this weekend in "In and Out of Shadows," a new musical by writer Gary Soto playing at San Francisco's Marsh Theatre.
