Covered California, the new state government health insurance exchange created for the rollout of Obamacare, has released a portfolio of plans and premiums for small businesses. Companies with 50 employees or fewer don't have to buy plans under the federal health law, but if they do, they'll be available in all parts of the state as of January. John Arensmeyer of the nonprofit Small Business Majority says the options look a lot better for small businesses than they have in years.
