A massive tug of war is happening in a Fresno courtroom this week over who has greater claim to the water in the rivers of Northern California. At the request of a couple Central Valley water districts, Judge Lawrence O'Neill granted a temporary restraining order on releases down the Trinity River, which feeds into the Klamath. Farmers say they need that water, but so do tribal fishermen, and they traveled to Fresno to make their case.
