The U.S. Congress is getting paid during the shutdown of the federal government -- it's required by law. But many lawmakers are giving up their pay, including 11 from California. But nearly 151,000 federal workers in California remain off the job and out of a paycheck involuntarily. And for some, patience is wearing thin.
