California regulators are meeting this week to gather evidence as they try to figure out who should pay for costs linked to the shutdown of the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station. Calculating the bill and who pays will take a while, but that process won't take nearly as long as it will to dismantle the nuclear facility.
