Presidents and prime ministers, royals and celebrities joined tens of thousands of South Africans to pay tribute to Nelson Mandela on Tuesday. Also in the crowd was Congresswoman Maxine Waters of Los Angeles. In the 1980s, as a state assemblywoman, she was pivotal in getting California's pension funds to divest from companies doing business with South Africa under the apartheid regime. Congresswoman Waters joins us from Johannesburg.
