In an emerging story about dirty money in politics, Democratic Congressman Juan Vargas says he will return any funds his campaign may have received from a Mexican businessman at the center of a federal campaign finance probe. Vargas says he was not aware the contributions were illegal. So far, three people have been charged with conspiracy to finance political campaigns with foreign money.
