The Sierra Nevada saw snow this week, but the snowpack is still at a record low for this time of year. Governor Jerry Brown is crisscrossing the state, meeting with local water officials to talk about the drought. He was in Los Angeles yesterday at the headquarters of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California.
