On Wednesday, University of California President Janet Napolitano heads to Sochi, Russia, where she'll lead the U.S. delegation to the Winter Olympics. The delegation consists of 10 people, three of whom are openly gay athletes. Their selection by President Obama stands in contrast to Russia's repressive policies toward LGBT people.
