But some TechNet execs say they're tired of writing checks for Republicans who don't intend to return the love by moving on immigration reform. We talk with independent immigration consultant Aarti Kohli.

Review Criticizes LAX Response to November Shooting
After November's deadly shooting at Los Angeles International Airport, a consultant was brought in to evaluate the airport's response. The report, made public Tuesday, describes chaos and poor coordination as a gunman roamed Terminal 3. Emergency alert systems like panic buttons didn't work and the radios emergency responders carried weren't compatible between agencies. It took a cell phone call to give dispatchers a critical piece of information: where the shooting was happening.
