State Senator Leland Yee's attorney says the Democrat from San Francisco intends to plead "not guilty" when he expects to face a formal grand jury indictment next week. Outside the federal courthouse in San Francisco yesterday, Yee's attorney, Paul De Meester asked why it took the FBI three years to arrest his client.
