Crowded Field Attempts to Follow 'Trailblazer' Henry Waxman

For the first time in almost 40 years, voters in the 33rd Congressional District will not see an incumbent on their ballots. The district stretches from Malibu to Santa Monica and includes parts of Beverly Hills. Seventeen candidates are racing to succeed Democrat Henry Waxman.
