L.A. Mayor Garcetti Joins Kings Celebration, Collects Bet
Thousands of hockey fans jammed the streets of downtown Los Angeles Monday to celebrate the Kings winning the Stanley Cup. In a fit of irrational exuberance, Mayor Eric Garcetti joked with the crowd to "Never, ever be pictured with a drink in your hand and never swear." After which, he proceeded to do just that.
