Twelve days before Election Day, it looks like a lot of California voters are thinking about sitting this one out. A new poll from the nonpartisan Public Policy Institute of California finds only 40 percent of voters say they're enthusiastic about this election. The enthusiasm number was 13 points higher during the last midterm election in 2010, and 21 points higher just two years ago.
