Gov. Jerry Brown's victory in Tuesday's election went beyond winning a historic fourth term in office. The state water bond that was the centerpiece of Brown's campaign won in a landslide. The governor says he's got more work to do on the state's water issues. Voters also gave their stamp of approval to Prop. 2, which aims to shore up California's rainy day funds.
