Nonprofit Helps Graffiti Artists Turn Their Work Into Cash

Though some graffiti artists have real skill, the fact remains: it's vandalism -- and it's illegal. But a Santa Monica group is trying to get these talented taggers off the streets to turn their creativity into cash.
