State Senator Hopes California Will Begin Regulation of Drones

These days, you can see everybody from photographers to farmers and hobbyists flying drones. Yesterday, the Federal Aviation Administration released a proposal on how to regulate some drones. The public has 60 days to weigh in on those rules. Here in California, State Senator Hannah-Beth Jackson of Santa Barbara is convening a hearing on the subject tomorrow and she hopes to establish drone regulations in the state.
