The dream of having a pro football team in the huge Los Angeles market has gotten closer to reality. Inglewood has already approved a new stadium. In Carson, where the Chargers and Raiders could build a stadium, supporters will start collecting signatures this week to put the plan to a vote. Those teams are looking for new homes, in part because their home cities are reluctant to supply the funding that has traditionally made stadiums possible.
